WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is seeking a Lead, Brand Marketing to join the Brand Initiatives & Kids Brand Marketing team in Southeast Asia and India (SEA&I). This individual plays a critical role in shaping the future of Nike Basketball/Kobe, Nike Cricket, and Nike Kids, with extended responsibility for key Brand Initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of basketball and cricket communities, emerging cultural and consumer trends, and a passion for kids, sport, athletes, and youth culture across SEA&I.
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, or related fields within sports, consumer brands, digital or streaming platforms, or creative agencies; 2 years additional experience in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated passion for and knowledge of kids, basketball, cricket, and sport.
Proven ability to think strategically, lead initiatives, manage projects and timelines, and influence cross-functional partners.
Strong information-seeking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance creativity and operational excellence in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
A team-first mindset with a commitment to coaching and developing others, and a deep appreciation for collaboration, cultural nuance, and strong people skills.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
In this role, you will partner with Nike Marketing leaders and regional teams to bring Nike Basketball, Nike Cricket, and Nike Kids brand strategies to life. You will lead initiatives that elevate consumer engagement, strengthen brand distinction, and drive sustainable business growth.
Partner with Nike Marketing leaders and the APLA geography team to plan and execute brand strategies for Nike Basketball, Nike Cricket, and Nike Kids.
Lead cross-functional execution of seasonal and daily initiatives across territories and cities, delivering work that creates meaningful consumer experiences and drives brand engagement.
Gather and synthesize consumer insights, identifying trends and cultural tension points, and translate them into actionable marketing and product strategies.
Oversee the development, adaptation, and distribution of marketing assets across channels, ensuring alignment with brand vision and strategic priorities.
Lead the ideation, execution, measurement, and recap of integrated marketing plans and campaigns.
Build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships to expand cultural relevance and generate positive brand momentum.
Manage end-to-end marketing processes, facilitate collaboration across teams, and deliver clear, compelling presentations that guide strategic decision-making.
Partner with operations to plan and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and on-time delivery.
