They have an eye for detail and motivation to craft consumer right product.This role has a unique opportunity to drive hyper local narrative and a comprehensive vision for style that resonates with consumers exclusive to EMEA. Ideal candidates will have awareness and be part of current consumer culture in EMEA.

    WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
    You will report directly to Apparel Design Director, while working in collaboration with cross-disciplinary Product, Color and Graphics Design teammates in the EMEA Express Lane Apparel team. Outside of the Design team, your primary partners will be Apparel Product Management, Material Development, Technical Development and Footwear Product Creation partners. You will be working on product across multiple sport dimensions to support seasonal product creation. This opportunity will require independent and highly detailed thinking.

    WHAT YOU BRING

    • 5-7 years or more in apparel product design experience.
    • Experience in international markets preferred, specifically in EMEA territories.
    • Experience in sport, streetwear and lifestyle apparel.
    • Computer literate using Mac platforms with a high digital design acumen in design-based software (Creative Suite).
    • Experience in Drawing, sketching 2D and 3D apparel programs, such as CLO.
    • Experience in AI programs, such as VIZCOM.
    • Proficient in Miro, Smartsheets, Email and Outlook.
    • Passion for the culture of Sport.
    • Passion and understanding of current and emerging design trends and visual culture.
    • Ability to translate insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling.
    • Ability to adapt to change and handle multiple, competing priorities.
    • Strong visual and verbal communication skills, able to effectively present design intent to internal and external audiences.
    • Highlight and elevate diverse points of view while fostering an environment of inclusivity.
    • Passion for the fashion industry, the aesthetic and understanding of the landscape.
    • Passion for design, strategic thinking, and curiosity.
