Develop and execute retail marketing campaigns for Nike Basketball that elevate Nike-exclusive retail experiences and services
Lead end-to-end campaign planning from brief development to post-campaign analysis
Drive the strategic direction of Basketball retail marketing in Greater China, ensuring alignment with global and city brand priorities
Execution Excellence
Manage agency partners, vendors, and budgets to ensure flawless execution
Present concepts and campaign plans to cross-functional and leadership teams
Lead retail launch events and in-store experiences that drive brand equity and sales performance
Innovation & Inclusion
Drive innovation in retail experiences while maintaining brand excellence
Champion inclusivity in all retail touchpoints
Identify emerging trends in sport, youth culture, and retail to stay ahead of consumer expectations

Cross-Functional Partnership
Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, EKINs, Production, Retail Creative, and Brand Management to deliver on key brand priorities
Partner with City Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Marketing, and Brand Creative to execute integrated, omni-channel campaigns
Work closely with GC Marketplace Teams, Retail Elevation, and Merchandising to ensure market alignment

Experience & Background
Based in Shanghai
Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail marketing and/or brand marketing with proven campaign execution at scale
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
Track record of managing budgets and agency relationships
Skills & Competencies
Deep passion for sport, basketball culture, and youth trends
Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate brand vision into actionable retail campaigns
Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to influence senior stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis
