Lead Software Engineer

Lead blueprint (analysis/design phase) and implementation phases across different functional areas. Conduct performance monitoring, tuning, and analyze performance against benchmarks. Prepare and review test plans as well as conduct unit and integration testing. Collaborate with the product owner and assists with managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring prompt and complete customer service. Provide leadership to the squad/work team, delivering a vision for work requirements for the quarter. Design the scope of sprints within the quarter. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Information Systems and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or computer-related occupation.
