    WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

    • Responsible to execute against defined strategy for sell-in tools & the seasonal styling ethos, that inform & support end in mind styling execution across Retail, Digital & Campaign.

    • Oversees product coordination & management for physical room builds & internal photoshoots including seasonal sample orders.

    • Demonstrates strong passion and deep understanding of Jordan brand Sport dimensions.

    • A typical week includes styling workshops, photoshoots, inspiration moments gathering styling insights and staying connected to current trends, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive alignment and consistency.

    • Collaborative & agile team player who continuously improves tools and proactively contributes new ideas that evolve the function.

    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage overlapping priorities & deadlines.

    WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

    The Sport, Styling Design Excellence Lead reports to the Styling Design Excellence Senior Director, Global Jordan. Primary functional relationships include:

    • Merchandising

    • Brand Marketing

    • Brand Creative

    • Retail Marketing - Visual Merchandising

    • Icon Studio Styling

    • External partners & agencies

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING

    • Portfolio of relevant work, displaying a passion for the art and science of Styling across Retail, Digital & Campaign.

    • A positive mentality with proven ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining creative quality.

    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and external creative partners.

    • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

    • Subject matter expert of fashion, sport and youth culture - current and past.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Keynote, Excel and Photoshop. Mac proficiency strongly preferred.

    • Ability to travel approximately 4 times per year.
