    • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.

    • Deep knowledge of construction processes, vendor management, and cost control, with experience navigating diverse cultural and operational contexts.

    • Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, collaborate, and build strong relationships across cross‑functional teams and external partners, while leading and coaching Construction, Facility, and Nike Store Partner (NSP) Construction Teams.

    • Strong oral and written communication skills (in both English and Japanese).

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    You will oversee a broad construction program, managing a high‑volume portfolio of projects each year while ensuring clarity that you will not directly manage every individual project. You will lead vendor relationships, cost management, contract oversight, and the rollout of new concepts and pilots while driving program alignment across construction and cross‑functional partners.

    • Lead end‑to‑end construction delivery, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and Nike's quality standards.
    • Align design intent, construction timelines, and rollout strategies with APLA and Japan teams.
    • Manage vendor relationships, contract execution, and cost control across the project portfolio.
    • Oversee the implementation of new store concepts, pilot formats, and fixture installations.
    • Track project milestones, financials, and risks to maintain clarity and drive informed decision‑making.
    • Advise cross‑functional partners on construction strategies and standards while mentoring Construction, Facilities, and NSP teams.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with third‑party vendors to enable consistent, high‑quality execution.
