Partner with Planning, Business Owners to drive sustainable financial targets. Monitor weekly sales performance, consumer feedback, and competitor activity to enable agile decisions that maximize sell-through and meet business goals.
Partner with Brand teams to ensure impactful brand story and product presentation across online and offline.
Deliverables:
Deliver seasonal merchandising strategies and GC line. Drive seasonal product download to GC ACG team.
Identify product line gap and deliver end-to-end product brief to Global ACG Merch team. Translate insights into actionable strategies and plans.
Support seasonal launch story and product journey with Brand team.
Generate regular performance reports, in-season analytics, and post-season hindsight reviews to inform future strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Passion for outdoor, eye for product, trend sensitive. Outdoor apparel knowledge is a strong plus.
Solid experience in merchandising, with strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
