    Position summary

    ct to the next level. You'll lead the merchandising process from future line planning to seasonal execution. Your mission is to serve the EMEA football consumer with a compelling and profitable product lineup-available where they shop, at the right time, price, and place. You'll bring an editor's mindset to the creation of the EMEA product line plan, ensuring clarity, choice, and relevance for football athletes and fans.

    Requirements:

    • Professional experience in merchandising

    • Experience in the football or sportswear industry

    • Deep understanding of football apparel products and athlete needs

    • Marketplace knowledge across EMEA and key football communities

    • High consumer awareness and ability to translate insights into action

    • Proven ability to drive merchandising excellence through flow, pricing, productivity

    • Assortment creation experience in digital and physical retail environments

    • Ability to combine product affinity and consumer trends with financial acumen

    • Experience with line plan management, edits and optimization

    • Experience managing multiple deadlines and seasonal calendars

    • Ability to connect to global counterparts and influence upstream decisions within matrix organizations

    • Clear communication and storytelling skills

    • Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity

    • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    You'll drive and execute the Nike Football Apparel Merchandising Strategy, including assortment strategy, segmentation, and account differentiation. You'll operate in a dynamic cross-functional environment, collaborating with planning, marketing, and partner merchandising teams. You'll support the creation of future line plans, seasonal adoption, pricing, segmentation, and assortment frameworks. Your decisions will be guided by consumer and marketplace insights, ensuring the EMEA product line plan remains relevant and impactful. You'll respond to shifts in market trends by adapting seasonal assortments and feeding global teams with timely insights. Strong project management will be key to maintaining seasonal calendars, updating systems, and keeping the team aligned on key milestones.
