WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Currently enrolled in a n MBA or related master's program with a May 2026 or December 2025 graduation date .

• Bachelor's degree preferably in the technology space (software engineering, business systems, etc ) .

• Experience applying AI or Machine Learning tools to drive processes

• Business process analysis and documentation experience

• Experience forming recommendations from analysis into presentations for leaders

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

As a Digital Capabilities Graduate Intern you will support research and business analysis to identify priority business user jobs to be done that could benefit from AI capabilities, helping to inform strategic recommendations and prioritization so we can stay ahead of the game.

• Interview cross functional partners to understand potential opportunities for AI use.

• Formulate recommendations and share proposals informing strategic recommendations on AI solutions and implementation .
