You will collaborate with Operations and Business leaders to influence and drive the standardization of methodologies, create awareness to imbalances in workload or tools, and lead all aspects of timely completion of functional results. Your daily connections will span across the entire product creation matrix at all levels and with our Skims partners.

    We are looking for an exceptional, forward thinking, operations minded talent who is motivated by sophisticated and highly cross-functional projects! Our best Operations Experts are strategic problem solvers and excellent communicators. They aren't afraid to ask questions, and they demonstrate their understanding of how our apparel design teams work to propose improved work-flows, with the designer experience at the center.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training

    • 8+ demonstrated work experience in operations, project management, consulting, corporate strategy, design

    • Knowledge of product creation processes + design thinking (strongly preferred).

    • Strong communication skills; able to influence at multiple levels throughout the organization.

    • Proven ability to partner on cross-functional teams supporting large scale change.

    • Passionate about process excellence; unlocking innovation, collaboration, and work/life balance.

    • Excellent problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills.

    • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.

    • Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Miro, Smartsheet preferred. Experience with digital tools and demonstrated digital approach preferred.

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    In this role, you will work alongside our Product and Merch Operations team to build strategies, processes, and tools, and play a lead role in the implementation of critical business initiatives. More specifically, you will support the NikeSKIMS design team, driving seasonal work and connectivity within the design triad with a focus on unlocking creative excellence.

    At Nike, our Operations Teams are driving future ways of working. Leading with a digital approach, you will engage the Global Consumer Creation community on critical initiatives on behalf of the Design function to bring our growth strategies to life, and act as the hub to connect with cross-functional operational partners to drive process innovation.

    On any given day you might be conducting workshops or meetings to gather insights and assist in the designing of future capabilities to bring speed, efficiency and simplicity to life. You will drive seasonal processes; leading process build and optimization for Design owned workstreams while partnering closely with cross functional operations partners to map key product creation moments. Additionally, you will be a key conduit between design and product management and creation teams at both Nike and SKIMS.
