    WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

    With integrity, authenticity and collaboration at the core, you will:

    • Act as a strategic advisor to GC Inspire Functions, integrating deep HR expertise with a strong understanding of the business to influence and adopt people strategies.

    • Evaluate org effectiveness and org capabilities, identify opportunities for improvement, develop solutions, initiatives and action plans to enhance performance and agility.

    • Support the strategic workforce plans aligned with business strategies and objectives and apply diagnosis skills and core metrics in the shaping of appropriate and innovative HR solutions.

    • Support business leaders in setting team and talent strategy aligned with overall business goals. Be accountable for talent cycle, talent agenda and talent practices.

    • Utilize insights from data, employee listening on how teammates experience, develop strategies and action plans to foster a culture of belonging, equity, diversity, and inclusion.

    • Redirect high-traffic work and employee inquiries to People Solutions, providing guidance on business context for activities executed by People Solutions.

    • Leverage People Solutions' analytics to gain insights and operational support.

    WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

    Alongside your team, you'll help build and implement HR Strategy across business units and multiple teams. You will report to the Sr. Director, HRBP, GC Inspire Functions & Key Cities, collaborating across HRBP, COE & PS.

    WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE:

    • Bachelor's degree as minimum.
    • 6+ years of demonstrated HR experience and minimum 3 years' experience as HRBP.
    • Proven capability of working with partners to develop, implement, leverage, and monitor HR programs, initiatives, systems, policies, and procedures.
    • Proven experience using analytics & insights to inform plans and drive outcomes.
    • Demonstrable experience developing partnerships with business leaders in organizations.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work in a diverse team across multiple levels.
    • Well-developed industry knowledge, market insight, and proven enterprise thinking.
    • Fluency in English.
