This posting serves as an evergreen requisition for two Production Artist II positions within Apparel Digital Design. Candidates may be considered for any of the active openings attached to this requisition.

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
3+ years of experience in a design and/or production environment
Advanced knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite
Understanding of product lifecycle and key deliverables
Knowledge of graphic applications such as ink types and trim substrates
Strong listening, communication and organizational skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity while continuing to collaborate with the team
Laser focus on the critical details that often get missed
Ability to multi-task amidst competing priorities
Curiosity for learning and building a strong design community
Experience in 3D apparel programs (CLO or Browzwear) is preferred
Understanding of Smartsheet, Airtable, and Miro is a plus
A love for sports is a bonus but a love for design is essential
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
If this is you, we will be hiring for multiple Production Artist II roles to work on highly visible product across Cut & Sew and Tees, in the following sport offenses: Tennis and Golf. This is where sport, design and culture meet and where we are redefining graphics for both athletes and consumers. You will work with Design to create and finalize graphic details across multiple levels of product, from on athlete to retail. You will be inspired and challenged by a wide range of responsibilities and experiences.
You will do this by leveraging 2D and 3D tools. A typical day could include Production Art meetings and alignment, high-volume schematic creation and lay-down product page creation, creating documentation for downstream partners and reviewing strike-offs. In addition to creation, you will be responsible for tracking and maintaining updates on all appropriate files for accuracy through final approval. You will learn new tools and advocate for efficiencies in the product creation life cycle.
