    • Proficiency in tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, Box, Microsoft Office; experience with Figma and Coupa a plus.

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    As the BP&O Professional, you will own and optimize the tools, processes, and workflows that power Nike Pacific's marketing offense, while managing end-to-end creative production. You'll collaborate across functions to align priorities, streamline communication, and deliver impactful stories and experiences that inspire consumers.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Lead and maintain seasonal marketing processes, ensuring key gates, dates, and milestones are clear and accessible.
    • Organize and facilitate planning forums to drive alignment and prioritization across teams.
    • Develop and refine operational tools and systems in partnership with cross-functional teams (Brand, Digital, Retail, Creative, Media, Finance).
    • Enable strategy activation by embedding critical initiatives into team ways of working.
    • Drive seamless communication across Geo, Territory, and cross-functional partners for flawless execution.
    • Manage end-to-end creative projects across digital, OOH, broadcast, and physical experiences.
    • Partner with internal teams and external creative agencies, artists, and production vendors to deliver premium, brand-right content.
    • Ensure creative output aligns with Nike Brand Standards and consumer-led strategies.
    • Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource planning for multiple concurrent projects.
    • Stay ahead of creative trends and innovations to elevate storytelling and production quality.
