Retail Lead - Edinburgh Loanhead

1. COMMERCIAL: You will support a team that can deliver efficient receiving of product, inventory
   accuracy to visual presentation standards, and make timely monthly initiative launches

2. ATHLETE EXPERIENCE: You will ensure the team is equipped to deliver the highest quality athlete
   experience.

3. CONSUMER EXPERIENCE: You will lead by example and deliver our sales floor service to bring the
   consumer journey to life.

Qualifications

• Retail and / or Customer service experience required.

• Ability to manage a small team of peers.

• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate .

• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.

Availability
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
