Bachelor's degree in graphic, textile or product design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
Minimum 5 years of experience in technically challenging color design roles
High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Keynote
Expertise in color technology, materials, dyes, finishes, and color achievability
Passion for storytelling, athlete insight, and women's performance trends
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You'll create narrative-driven seasonal color concepts that shape the future of Performance Apparel for both men's and women's collections. You'll use research, consumer insight, and color craft to bring trend-relevant product stories to life across the line.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with Apparel Design, Graphics, Print, Product Management, Merchandising, and Development to build cohesive seasonal color direction
Create color palettes and flows that align with category strategy
Conduct in‑depth research across sport, fashion, art, and culture to inform color decisions
Present compelling seasonal color proposals to internal and external audiences
Review samples, troubleshoot color execution challenges, and drive accuracy from concept to manufacturing
Support cross-functional designers with color expertise outside your assigned load when needed
Lead yourself and teammates confidently through change, iteration, and ambiguity
