This leader will lead China marketplace from strategy to execution for Converse' retail operations in China, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability. We expect this leader has a deep understanding of China's retail landscape, consumer behavior, and omnichannel sales strategies.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you will manage the Converse Brand China Partner Marketplace and Value Business team, setting a vision for the holistic marketplace and driving through a team of key retail Partner leaders. We empower our Sr. Director to set the overall strategy and lead their team to operationalize this vision by aligning cross functional partners and implementing it as part of Converse Brand Asia's integrated marketplace strategy.
Through your deep brand connection and strong understanding of the Converse Brand consumer, you will lead and inspire your team to evolve the partner relationship and business models and lead the end-to-end business to deliver the desired contribution of each partner. We enable you to do this through using data and analytics to inform consumer-right strategic direction and opportunities. Additionally, you will provide leadership, inspiration and mentoring to an experienced team and contribute to the broader organizational commitments and culture.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The Senior Director, Marketplace China - Converse for Converse Brand will report directly into the VP/GM of Converse Asia.
This leader will collaborate with key partners, including Global cross-functional teams, the Nike GC Partner teams, Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Planning, Finance, HR, Strategy and Communications teams.
