Requirements:
• Proven experience managing larger, cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience in digital content management, project management and/or marketing operations
• Strong experience in e-commerce, content operations or similar digital production environments
• Experience with content management systems and project management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation and facilitation skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or any suitable combination of education, experience and training)
• Ability to work under pressure, make operational judgments and adjust processes as needed
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will lead content production across Nike's owned platforms by managing a cross‑functional team and partnering across functions to deliver seasonal and always‑on publishing. You will drive operational efficiency, uphold quality standards, and enable frictionless execution through strong processes and collaboration.
You will:
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of Content Producers and Specialists responsible for daily execution from content brief to publishing
• Partner with Digital Marketing on seasonal planning and operational efficiency improvements
• Consolidate seasonal programming and resolve inconsistencies through cross-functional collaboration
• Optimize processes and build upstream partnerships to enable frictionless end‑to‑end execution
• Lead post-season assessments, drive accountability, and ensure follow-up action delivery
• Work with Digital Operations partners to identify challenges, elevate issues, and drive operational excellence
• Support agency resource planning, ensuring coverage, prioritization and clear handovers to the team
• Ensure KPI reporting for production targets and quality standards
• Represent the team as a gatekeeper of operational processes and contribute to future capability roadmaps
