    WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

    • Demonstrate overall team leadership, directly lead and develop PSC retail team, evaluate and manage team performance/effectiveness while fostering a positive, engaged and productive work culture.

    • Drive HR initiatives/delivery of center‑led HR programs that demonstrate the overall success and growth of Nike. Manage cross‑functional project work.

    • Provide coaching, advising, and counsel to managers and employees in a wide range of topics, including: performance management, team management, employee lifecycle management, organization transformation and more. Enhance the teammate/manager experience through PSC service delivery.

    • Support organizational implementations and activation work.

    • Proactive, project based strategic work in addition to responding to escalated employee and manager requests. You'll be a key thought partner with both business leaders and Business HR Partners. Identify proactive opportunities in business where PSC can add value. Provide data‑driven insights, identify trends, design practical solutions.

    WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

    This position uniquely interacts with many teams within HR and the business. You will work with key stakeholders inclusive of People Solutions, Business HR, COEs, Employment Legal, and various business teams. You will report to the Director, People Solutions Consulting, GC

    WHAT YOU BRING

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training
    • 10 years of HR experience (work experience in HRBP or HR Generalist is preferred), demonstrating understanding of the full spectrum of HR programs and policies
    • Demonstrated knowledge of the Nike business and Retail business
    • Demonstrated knowledge of HR's operating model
