WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Product Creation, Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
4-7+ years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, Sales, or Product Management
Proven ability to translate consumer, cultural, and marketplace insights into channel-specific assortments
Strong understanding of the North America marketplace, including wholesale and Nike Direct dynamics
Experience building and managing assortments across multiple channels or accounts
Strong product and style acumen with a point of view on streetwear, sport culture, and trends
Ability to identify and apply macro and micro trends to serve the consumer
Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail across tools, timelines, and seasonal readiness

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you will lead and support the development of channel-specific assortment strategies for Jordan Streetwear in North America. You will:
Build and manage assortments tailored to key channels, ensuring clear differentiation across wholesale partners and Nike Direct
Translate global product direction into marketplace-relevant plans that reflect consumer demand and channel opportunities
Partner with Sales to align assortments to account strategies and marketplace needs
Collaborate with Planning to ensure the right depth, flow, and life cycle management of product
Identify opportunities for trend adoption and marketplace growth within streetwear
Support cross-functional alignment across Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, and Business Operations
Ensure systems and tools are accurate and on time, enabling seamless seasonal execution
Contribute to storytelling that brings assortments to life in a way that is compelling, culturally relevant, and consistent across channels
