• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support organizational change initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in technical environments, and with a focus across retail and digital.
• Agile/Scrum experience required; PMP certification a bonus.
• Solid understanding of project management tools and techniques, including experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar toolsets.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a multicultural, geographically distributed setting.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present effectively to stakeholders.
• Experience working in a highly technical environment with familiarity with digital platforms and application delivery.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluency in English (both written and oral) is a must with previous international experience/exposure desired.
