Communication:
Communicate accounts business priorities throughout GC and the different functions. Communicate a clear vision that motivates and enables action from both sales but also from the other key stakeholders (from finance to merchandising). Ensure that the management team, staff, and appropriate Nike partners (product business units, finance, marketing, customer service, HR, etc.) are aligned and business plans are executed in coordination.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
• 8+ years' work experience in applicable field required
• Experience leading retail sales efforts for Energy channel required
• Expert understanding of NBHD retail and in-store environment required
• Account product distribution strategy experience strongly preferred
• Budget management experience required. People management experience preferred
• Ability to travel up to 40% may be required
