10+ years of experience in sustainability, preferably in footwear and apparel supply chains
Expertise in stakeholder engagement and crisis communications, with focus on labor and environmental issues
Strong judgment under pressure and exceptional verbal, written, and influencing skills

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You'll guide strategic partnerships and engagement strategies with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration while managing issues proactively and reactively.
Your responsibilities will include:
Establish and drive key partnerships and industry coalitions required to drive enterprise-wide sustainability priorities.
Monitor, prepare, and respond to issues to protect the business and mitigate reputational risk
Develop and implement proactive and reactive stakeholder engagement strategies
Strengthen relationships with NGOs, industry experts, academia, and thought leaders on sustainability issues
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Brand, Legal, Communications, Investor Relations) to shape Nike's position on topics like circularity, sustainable materials, and social compliance
Provide strategic counsel on emerging issues and crisis management across the business
