Bachelor's degree (minimum) in journalism, PR, English, communications, business, or related field required.
10+ years professional experience in campaign management, event management, executive communication, copywriting and content creation.
Strong writing and presenting skills in both English and Chinese; experience with
video and social media is a plus
Strong capabilities to manage events and solid experiences to manage budget and agencies
Comfortable to work with leadership team as well as the employees to drive compelling storytelling through events, contents and messages.
Experience in developing proactive and compelling communications strategies.
A strong communicator and collaborator, and proven ability to communicate plans across a complex matrix on a corporate, global, and functional basis, including clearly articulating ideas, successfully handling different points of view and building strong relationships and rapport.
