You bring a strong point of view on visual merchandising, retail design, and brand expression - and you know how to translate strategy into elevated in‑store experiences.
You'll Bring:
3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, both executional and planning experience required
A bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design, or a related discipline.
A deep passion for sport, youth culture, sneakers, fashion, and streetwear.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to balance creative detail with operational execution.
A strong understanding of global and local retail trends, consumer behaviour, and VM innovation.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will be responsible for delivering both seasonal and always‑on visual merchandising direction across Nike Direct stores including NVS (Nike Value Stores). Your work will directly influence how consumers experience the Nike brand in physical retail.
