    LOOKING FOR**

    We're searching for a creative, detail‑obsessed visual storyteller who thrives in fast‑paced retail environments. You understand how product, space, and storytelling intersect to influence and shape consumer perception. You bring a strong point of view on visual merchandising, retail design, and brand expression - and you know how to translate strategy into elevated in‑store experiences.

    You'll Bring:

    • 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, both executional and planning experience required

    • A bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design, or a related discipline.

    • A deep passion for sport, youth culture, sneakers, fashion, and streetwear.

    • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to balance creative detail with operational execution.

    • A strong understanding of global and local retail trends, consumer behaviour, and VM innovation.

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    You will be responsible for delivering both seasonal and always‑on visual merchandising direction across Nike Direct stores including NVS (Nike Value Stores). Your work will directly influence how consumers experience the Nike brand in physical retail.

    • Partner closely with the VMS Nike Direct manager to develop and implement seasonal visual direction, in‑store layouts, product storytelling, and graphic/signage packages.
    • Support with the direction and execution of Key Brand Moments across Nike Direct stores through documented direction, instore support, and recapping of executions
    • Ensure Nike Brand Standards are trained and upheld across Nike Direct, ensuring alignment with Nike's global brand playbook while tailoring execution for the Pacific marketplace.
    • Support visual and brand storytelling for Nike Direct new store openings, ensuring each new space launches with strong visual impact and brand consistency.
