are seeking a Brand Specialist for College Marketing for the North America Geography. This role is based at Nike World Headquarters, Beaverton, Oregon.
The candidate should have a team first approach, learning agility, growth mindset and ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teammates.
In addition, we're looking for a candidate passionate about the impact of sport, the college landscape, and understands the wants and needs of our 17-21 year old target consumer.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you will support and drive college marketing efforts across North America, focused on key college partnerships and experiences. You will work closely with the College Brand Lead and cross functional partners to ensure the brand shows up consistently and authentically across sport moments and initiatives. Your work will sit at the intersection of sport, culture, and campus communities, helping create meaningful connections between athletes, partners, and consumers.
You will be responsible for day-to-day partnership management across colleges, including supporting relationship needs, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring excellence in execution. This role will manage product ordering and tracking, support seasonal and ongoing activations, and help bring college brand plans to life through strong operational rigor and attention to detail.
You will collaborate closely with teams across Brand, Sports Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Business, while also owning defined workstreams independently. This role requires the ability to balance multiple projects at once, work effectively in ambiguity, and shift priorities based on team and partner needs. You will be expected to proactively identify opportunities, solve problems, and keep work moving forward with minimal oversight.
The outcome of your work will strengthen our college partnerships, drive brand distinction across North America, and reinforce our role as a leader of sport on campus and with athletes.
Through strong collaboration, operational excellence, and independent ownership, you will play an important role in bringing the College Brand vision to life.

WHAT YOU BRING
2-3+ years of experience in Marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
Interest and understanding of the Gen Z/Gen Alpha Consumer and understanding of the media and digital platforms they are on
Deep understanding of College & Athlete Landscape
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with team player spirit that can thrive in ambiguity
Proven track record to drive strategic vision, ensure follow-through and deliver results
A self-starter with problem solving mentality and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
Analytical skills to gather business and consumer insights and apply learnings
Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively and operate proactively
Passion for sport, fashion and retail
