    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a talented brand marketing specialist who is passionate about sport, curious about our young consumer, and capable of uncovering stories that will inspire the next generation to move. A marketing specialist eager to leverage this passion to reimagine the future of sport and make athletes' dreams a reality. A gifted individual who embodies the values our company holds dear and is ready to adapt on the fly while maintaining a positive growth mindset.

To be considered, a successful candidate will need to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the essential requirements below. Candidates who meet these criteria will then be assessed based on the competencies outlined below.

    Essential Requirements:

    • A demonstrable understanding of the consumer, the city, and Nike's position within it.

    • A clear passion and understanding of the Running community in Paris.

    • Proven experience in translating consumer/member insights into brand activation.

    • A desire and willingness to adapt in an agile manner to both consumer and organizational needs to deepen our relationships with members.

    • Proficiency in French and English.

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As the Brand Marketing Running Specialist for Paris/France, you will be part of the Paris/France Brand Marketing team, reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Running Manager for Paris/France.

This role will be responsible for supporting our Running Field of Play perspective on the ground in Paris/France, including:

    • Supporting the Brand Marketing Running Manager in identifying individuals and organizations that best align with our brand values and can bring our consumer-specific Field of Play strategies to life. Then, managing these relationships in a robust and sustainable manner.

    • Coordinating with the Field of Play Brand Marketing teams within the Consumer Construct team at the EMEA headquarters to support the amplification of key Concept Map stories through on-the-ground executions. This may include, but is not limited to, pinnacle brand executions by Nike, as well as through our wholesale marketplace in the form of partner marketing executions on the ground.

    • Supporting the identification and collection of structured and ongoing consumer insights to better serve athletes* on the ground in Paris and France through Running activity, then providing these insights to the EMEA/global region to help refine our long-term strategy.

All roles within our organization, while generally specific to a function or Field of Play, will need to be flexible to some extent. This ensures that, in an ever-evolving landscape and with a Concept Map that sometimes focuses more deeply on a particular area of the brand and business, we always have sufficient resources to ensure pinnacle execution of our most important priorities. This role will generally focus on Running, but when the organization requires, you may need to engage in other functional marketing tasks for Paris/France, for Running in a broader EMEA zone (e.g., club kit launches across multiple geographies), or in a key Concept Map campaign.

This job posting will be closed on the 25th of April 2025.
After that, we will share feedback to all applications and move forward with the shortlisted ones.
This role is not available for relocation.
