    WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

    You will work closely with the North America Marketing team, Store Merchants and the Visual Merchandizing & Styling team and Store business partners. As a Retail Brand Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping your manager plan and execute against product/seasonal consumer journeys and storytelling for physical retail. You will assist in the planning, development and communication of store plans, briefs and project tracking to serve our store team with the information & tools they need to execute. You will also work cross-functionally to bring product stories to life in store across the marketplace and achieve scale.

    You will partner with Global, Geo and City retail marketing teams to set, adopt and enrich Retail Brand strategies that define the vision for product presentation, communication and consumer experience in North America. You will also work closely with the Retail Design team to build the vision for how the product storytelling and experiences comes to life in store.

    A critical part of this role is mastering the fundamentals of retail brand marketing and learning how to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. You will begin to master store knowledge, brief writing, presentations skills, all while putting your organizational skills to the test while delivering on your day-to-day responsibilities.

    WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

    If this is you, you will report directly into the Retail Brand Director. You will be part of a team that collaborates daily with the Nike Stores Business teams, Visual Merchandising & Styling, Stores Merchants, Retail Brand Design, Brand Marketing, Digital Brand teams, Global teams and City/Territory teams all with the goal to tell amazing stories, deliver impactful experiences and increase awareness and sales in the marketplace.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING?

    • Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training

    • 2+ years of marketing experience or store experience

    • Small-Large Fleet, vertical retail experience

    • A passion for product and storytelling

    • A dedication to details

    • An innate curiosity and strong desire to learn

    • The ability to fail forward

    • A love for being on a team and working collaboratively towards a common goal

    • A self-starter

    • The ability to multi-task

    • Exceptional written, verbal, visual communication and presentation skills
