You develop monthly and weekly plans for Nike's Digital Business (across platforms) in preparation for the start of every season (Seasonal Kick-off). This involves working with the rest of the business teams and with cross-functional teams to make sure that there is energy planned through the 13 weeks calendar every season.

Additionally, you will provide insights on prioritized products, key franchises, and seasonal collections, helping inform buying strategies and investment decisions for future seasons.

You will also develop and execute plans to maximize business of our key marketing and invested styles, to achieve the planned levels of sell-through for each style, focusing on constant reviews and updates to site merchandising of product walls focused on the Sport. You will also lead initiatives that strengthen Sport as a key focus area across digital experiences.

Understanding our consumers/members will be critical to create the right plans and experiences, so you will need to partner and collaborate with the Marketing and Membership teams, in order to gain and provide insights that will improve our business and our digital journeys.

A key part of your regular responsibilities will be to lead the weekly read and react process for digital KPIs across products and product walls (traffic, conversion, demand, etc.) and create plans to optimize results. This will also include reading and understanding analytics data that can inform trends on online navigation and on-site search results to ensure that visitors to our platforms are easily finding what they are looking for.

You will also have the opportunity to actively participate in the planning and execution of Nike's digital commercial comments (i.e. Member Days, Back to School) to ensure that all parts of the digital journey are defined (before each event) and that the right actions are taken to maximize results during the events (site merchandising updates, product opportunities, etc.)
