    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    You will work in a team to deliver consistently impactful seasonal retail storytelling across Nike stores, and our partner retail accounts in EMEA - raising the bar for creative excellence and execution. Through design-led storytelling, elevated craft and an innovative mindset, you will create retail experiences that connect deeply with athletes* and drive engagement across Nike stores and partner accounts.

    In this role, you will:

    • Work on seasonal retail projects end‑to‑end, collaborating across functions and guiding project squads through execution across Nike and partner stores.

    • Translate brand campaigns and sport moments into physical, digital, and hybrid consumer journeys at retail.

    • Present work in creative reviews and foster a strong, constructive feedback culture.

    • Work with Nike teams and external agencies to deliver against the creative direction and execute campaigns across seasonal retail, in‑store events, and digital/hybrid storytelling moments.

    • Prototype, test, and evolve new approaches to retail storytelling while upholding excellence in craft and detail.

    • Bring cultural, creative, and innovation insights into the work-connecting Nike with new talent, inspiration, and external partners.
