What You Bring
7+ years of retail experience & leadership in a dynamic, complex, high-volume retail environment.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Strong background in retail operations, sales, planning, and customer service.
Energetic presence on the shop floor with a passion for sport and the Nike brand.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style.
Who You'll Work With
You will report directly to the Senior Retail Manager, SEA; You will collaborate with equally passionate teammates spanning Merchandising, Planning, Retail Marketing, Nike Direct Leaders, Geo RDMS/ SRMs, Real Estate, Store Development, Retail Operations and Nike Athlete Experience Team. At time, you will also work with stakeholders across SEA&I territory, Asia Pacific and Latin America geography.
