    um 10 years of work experience with 5 ~ 6 years of working in directly relevant field

    • Ability to work cross-functionally in a metrics organization

    • Strategic thinking: Ability to understand the Nike Brand strategy and translate this into one's goals & strategy to maximize business and consumer service

    • Comprehensive understanding of retail math

    • Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders for clarity

    • Cultivate Innovation: Ability to understand the evolving trends around consumer and team and always strive for new & better

    • Native in Korea, Fluent in English (Written and verbal communication)

    • Able to travel for store visits

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    • Drive district business performance by aligning brand vision and talent strategy with the HCs (Head Coach) to achieve ambitious sales service goals.

    • Manage, develop, and build strong leadership and retail acumen in HCs and store management through regular store visit, targeted coaching, mentorship, and skills development to unlock team potential.

    • Build actionable plans that maximize profitability, increase operational productivity, and ensure sustainable, healthy business growth throughout the district.

    • Ensure and empower consistent, elevated execution of brand standards and operational processes across stores by fostering accountability and high-performing teams.

    • Partner directly with HQ teams to proactively resolve escalated HR, Loss Prevention (LP), and Product issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal business disruption.

    • Escalate trend observations and key insights from the field to the Director of Stores to shape and inform future district and company-wide strategies.

    • Drive Firstline leadership development by designing and implementing the district's training strategy, ensuring all team members are equipped for success.
