ineer or Manufacturing Engineer to support our Space Manual Assembly Cell within our brand-new Space and Autoline Technology Factory.** This Engineer will work with a cross functional team of Manufacturing Engineers in the production of highly complex circuit card assemblies. Her/his primary focus will be on equipment and processes responsible for ensuring the production of compliant hardware. The primary location is in Elkridge, MD.
This position is for Second Shift. Second shift typically starts around 3pm. There is a differential (higher pay) for second shift.

Salary Range: $62,600 - $93,800
Salary Range 2: $75,700 - $113,500
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
