king history.We are seeking an Integration and Test engineer to work in our Gilbert, Arizona location supporting our I&T Spacecraft department.
Responsible to ensure engineering tests serve mission objectives and mechanisms are in place to execute the tests. Responsible for testing all customer samples. Oversees the operational aspects of engineering tests and serves as liaison to program, engineering and line management. Reviews status of test requirements, manages schedules and prepares reports. Selects and supervises technicians during test. Assesses anomalies and develops resolutions to documented procedures in conjunction with Test and Quality Engineering.

Minimum education 2 years with Bachelors in Science, 0 years with Masters, 4 additional years of relevant Space/Integration and Test experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Must have current working knowledge of on-going space system programs.
Familiar with required environmental testing (TVAC, Vibe, EMI, and Mass Properties)
Must have Completed an entire subsystem build
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledgeable in outfitting new integration hi-bays with general tools and equipment
Specific knowledge in special tools and equipment required for assembly of the ESPA/NASA-satellites
Familiar with MGSE and proof loading requirements for ESPA-L product line
Knowledgeable in heritage Orbital/ATK (Now NGSS) I&T processes and specifications
Knowledgeable in the sequence of the build cycle of the ESPA/NASA product line
Integration and test of ESPA/NASA product lines
Ability to lead a dynamic team of multiple disciplines and understand priority tasking / event planning
Ability to leverage past experiences to project future potential issues with product builds, and implement lessons learned to avoid them
Primary Level Salary Range: $71,000.00 - $87,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
