're making history.Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Systems sector is currently hiring a Program Manager 1 to join our E-130J Program Training and Ground Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT) of qualified, diverse individuals in our Strategic Command, Control and Communications Systems (Strategic C3 System) Business Unit.
This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida. This Program Manager (PM) 1 position has the responsibility of supporting the Training and Ground Systems IPT Lead with elements of cost, schedule, and performance. Key responsibilities will include:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and 6 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 5 years) of related experience as defined below, OR a Master's degree and 4 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 3 years) of related experience as defined below.
Related experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions.
At minimum, an active DoD Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs
Must have EVMS or CAM experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $168,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
