Responsibilities include:
Lead a team of exempt and non-exempt employees, who are responsible for GSC functions across various programs from procurement to delivery.
Coordinates interdepartmental activity with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Warehousing, Traffic, Procurement, etc.
Responsible for meeting direct budget targets, writing/updating work instructions, providing performance metrics, and making recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
Leads a team that has the mission statement to support all Production goals and objectives through the accurate tracking, receiving, shipping with a strong focus on safety and cost efficiency.
Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Train and guide employees in keeping with all Northrop Grumman Values & Leader Characteristics
Collaborate with various programs on projects related to material receipt, storage, issue, and transportation.
Lead, coordinate, and collaborate with internal and external customers, including local, state, federal, and international agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in support of Aeronautics Systems Sector programs.
Directs team activities associated with program transportation, including major deliveries (classified and unclassified), and specialty movements as they relate to transportability.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in Management, Supply Chain, Program/Project Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business Management, OR a Master's Degree with 3 years of experience in Management, Supply Chain, Program/Project Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business Management, OR a High School Diploma/Equivalent with 9 years of experience in Management, Supply Chain, Program/Project Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business Management,
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects
Active DoD Secret clearance to apply/start
Ability to obtain/maintain Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company
Must have the ability to work a (4/10 Shift schedule - Monday- Thursday)
