If so, Our Defense Systems wants you to join our team as a Principal Program Cost & Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3)/Sr. Principal Program Cost & Schedule Control Analyst (Level 4) and to partner with Program Management through the preparation, reporting, and in-depth analysis of actual, Indicated Final (IF), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long-Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) financials. This position is in a fast paced, strategic growth area that will require excellent time management and prioritization skills. This role will be on-site located in Mesa, AZ.

Salary Range: $76,600 - $121,000
Salary Range 2: $95,000 - $149,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
