    This role will support NG Space Sector's Central Region, Software and E&P Engineering team, based out of Colorado Springs. As the Engineering Operations Project Manager, you will support and lead a variety of projects including staffing, data management, development programs, and additional management of special projects for the Engineering Team. Additionally, this role will directly support the C2BMC Program with data analytics, Staffing Process support and other special project.
    Essential Functions:

    • Provide support to a local program to include oversight of a complex staffing process, technical resume reviews, frequent data analysis, and database management

    • Lead early career development programs including rotational development and internship cohorts

    • Support the SW and E&P Engineering Director and team with process management, metrics and insight, and strategic planning

    • Effectively lead strategic special projects for the Engineering organization

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 5 years of related work experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years of experience with a master's degree.

    • Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued SECRET security clearance at the time of application

    • Related experience to include a background in project management, operations, engineering, and/or business management related functions

    • Ability to create and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external customers. Demonstrated success in leading projects independently

    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate and brief effectively, with all levels of management and individual contributors

    • Experience with SharePoint, Workday, and Qualtrics

    • Experience leading and mentoring early career employees

    • Recent management and leadership experience

    • Data analytics skills

    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools

    • Knowledge of the C2BMC structure and processes

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with training and development programs, including rotation programs

    • Ability to travel 10% of time

    Primary Level Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
