, team-oriented reliability engineer. This role will execute Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) processes. In this position, the reliability engineer will support execution of the FRACAS process in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment, growing to lead the IPT.
Specific duties will include:
• Adjudication of failure data to identify root cause
• Trending failure data and reporting
• Performing data analysis in support of understanding system reliability
• Corrective Action investigation participation and leadership
• Develop and deliver presentations to small groups
• Preparation and submission of recuring deliverables
This requisition may be filled at either an Associate Engineer Reliability/Engineer Reliability

Basic Qualifications Associate Engineer Reliability:
• Bachelor's degree with 6 months plus of related experience
• Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams internally
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain Security Clearance - Secret
Basic Qualifications Engineer Reliability :
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience or Master's degree with zero years of experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with cross-functional teams internally
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain Security Clearance - Secret
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to lead and communicate with cross-functional teams internally and with Customers externally
• Experience with the NG product lines and NG processes
• Experience with systems of record (SAP, GOLD, and TeamCenter)
Salary Range: $62,600 - $93,800
Salary Range 2: $75,700 - $113,500
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
