The Reliability, Availability, Maintainability-Cost (RAM-C) team is an essential part of the Sentinel EMD Systems Engineering Team (SET)- System Development & Verification and provides technical RAM assessments and evaluations of equipment as part of the design development/trade study process. Achieving required levels of product RAM Technical Performance Measurements (TPM) and design constraints is critical in the equation to obtain product quality and customer satisfaction.
Roles and responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
8 years of relatable work experience with Bachelors in science or 6 years with Masters or 4 Years with a PhD
Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite - Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business or STEM related discipline
Experience in developing FMECAs, Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs) and reliability predictions
Experience in developing mission reliability models for subsystems or assemblies
Experience with Teamcenter
Proficient with Reliasoft
Prior experience developing software reliability models
Experience with supplier management
In depth Aerospace / ICBM experience
Knowledge in design of mechanical and electrical ICBM subsystems
Primary Level Salary Range: $118,600.00 - $178,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
