    Position summary

    You'll also play a key role in managing supplier performance, contribute to functional continuous improvement activities and support a focus on Australian Industry Capability (AIC) outcomes, contributing to sustainable and mission-focused supply chain solutions.
    About you:
    You're a commercially astute professional who thrives in complex defence bid environments, balancing pace with rigor to deliver compliant, competitive outcomes.
    You'll bring:

    • An AGSVA NV1 security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one

    • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in subcontracting or a similar commercial role within the Defence Industry

    • Strong experience sourcing, drafting, negotiating and managing complex subcontracts

    • Sound commercial judgement and confident stakeholder engagement skills

    • Knowledge of ASDEFCON contracting frameworks

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

    • Tertiary qualification in Business, Law or a related discipline (desirable)
