Projects Consolidate and report project performance metrics and status reports to internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate and manage projects across various functional groups, communicating potential risks and impacts identified.
Establish communication plans to facilitate core project team coordination and to provide status to management and extended project team members.
Maintain communications about the project to sales, customers, and delivery partners.
A CES may be assigned to multiple projects in parallel at various stages of the project lifecycle
A CES may be requested to take direction from a Client Engagement Lead (CEL), Sr. CEL or any AFC or Optiv Senior Management for specific project or engagement activity.
Performs other duties as assigned

What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience. required
3+ years of experience in a customer facing project/program delivery role within a professional services organization. required
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI Upon Hire preferred
Excellent Project Management skills
Specifically demonstrated success managing multiple clients and business initiatives on a medium to long term-basis.
Management of information security projects preferred.
Demonstrated experience with Project Management methodologies, best practices, and toolsets required.
Experience interfacing with both clients and partners required.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Results oriented and self-motivated
Outstanding time management and organizational skills required.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently with limited supervision required.
Ability to identify and address continuous improvement opportunities
Previous experience in a security services environment preferred.
