How you'll make an impact
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field is required
Experience working with Internal and client Ticketing and Knowledge Base Systems for Incident and Problem tracking as well as procedures. (i.e. Service Now, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
General security knowledge (GIAC, CISSP, CCSE, CISA, HBSS, NSA, CEH, Cisco Security, Security +, or other security certifications).
Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
Experience with various Data Security products such as: MS Perview, Varonis, MS DLP, Titus, etc.
The role demands the availability for US working hours (5PM (IST) to 2AM (IST))
This role is Work From Office role.
What we are looking for
Good knowledge and understanding on Microsoft Purview
7+ Years of experience
Identify, review, guide and remediate the gaps in the environment either by redeployments, or updates to address business impacting issues
Define steps for responding to employee requests during the Purview rollout
Define test steps for validating Purview and other DLP platform configurations
Develop training content to educate Client on how to use Microsoft Purview for operations and maintenance purposes
Create and develop Purview Runbook and Service Desk Guide
Review training content for accuracy and effectiveness
Good Understanding on data classification and data labelling
Assist in troubleshooting Microsoft Labelling and Endpoint DLP implementation and user issues and document resolutions.
Troubleshooting incidents related to DLP issues
Taking ownership on any required agent restarts, redeployments, or updates to address business impacting issues
