Currently holds a Top Secret clearance - TS/SCI with a full-scope poly required.
Experience operating in classified environments.
Related degrees and/or equivalent experience and 8 years of work experience with Delinea (Centrify) solutions.
Experience building, deploying, and administrating Delinea (Centrify) Software solutions.
Experience and working knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Windows Active Directory.
Security+ Certification.
Strong understanding of governance and compliance, specifically with FAR, DFARs, CUI and CMMC.
Broad understanding of FedRAMP and IL constructs.
Strong understanding of leadership concepts and ideas.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Experience leading an engineering team, preferably having handled tasking, resolving personnel issues, and providing actionable feedback.
Ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
What we're looking for
Analyze, design, modify, configure, integrate, test, validate and deploy Delinea (Centrify) solutions to meet mission requirements.
Identify and document the architecturally significant aspects of the system(s), including requirements, design, implementation, and deployment "views" of the system.
Support Delinea (Centrify) requests utilizing existing ticketing systems and queues.
Ensure compliance with all customer architecture standards, security regulations, and customer approved Delinea (Centrify) architectures for Enterprise IT systems.
Work with the government COR and Directory Services organization to ensure Delinea (Centrify) Server Suite best practices are adhered to.
Establish and maintain the architectural requirements of the Delinea (Centrify) software solutions.
Assist customers troubleshoot Delinea (Centrify) connectivity issues to the domain.
Troubleshoot user authentication issues and server domain join issues.
Work with Delinea (Centrify) vendor support to submit bug fix request, software functionality issues, and security concerns.
