Position summary

S records to ensure compliance and prevent email spoofing.

  • Collaborate with IT and domain administrators to configure and verify DNS settings.

  • Monitor and analyze email DLP incidents and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.

  • Work with stakeholders to ensure DLP policies align with business needs and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist clients in understanding and implementing email security best practices.

  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of email security tools and protocols.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email delivery, filtering, and security.

What we're looking for

  • Strong understanding of email security protocols, security technologies, and networking concepts.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and other stakeholders.

  • Ability to analyze security data and identify potential threats.

  • 5+years of experience with Proofpoint products, email security solutions, and/or related cybersecurity technologies.

  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH) can be beneficial.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity.

  • This role is Work from Office role and This team provides 24/7 support
