You will be in charge of...
Lead the budgeting and strategic forecasting processes for the assigned business areas.
Support the business leaders and Executive Management Team with relevant and timely information to enable them to assess performance against the corporate strategy and objectives.
Produce regular financial reporting to give an overview of business and financial performance. Highlight trends, key actions and strategic implications.
Be able to suggest commercial solutions and suggestions, not just analysis.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to help ensure communication across the business thrives, and the Finance Dept maintains a positive brand across the organisation.
Develop and curate financial KPIs which will be used to assess the success of the business during it's rapid growth.
Work with the data analytics team to provide intelligence to the business in terms of converting relevant data into meaningful information to make decisions.
Assist with board preparation and investor communications.
Project reporting and investment appraisal.
Support the financial modelling and due diligence efforts related to any M&A activities.
Analyse competitor and market financial information to provide insight to assist with decision making.
Lead scenario modelling to assess risks and aid decision making.
What should you have to succeed?
Excellent customer service skills, communication skills and ability to influence in a positive manner
Strong commercial understanding
Knowledge of Tableau is an advantage
Understanding of professional services business model
Rapidly analyze unstructured information from multiple sources
Operate under tight deadlines, stress, handle multiple conflicting high-priority tasks
Excellent presentation skills - written and oral
Attention to detail combined with ability to "zoom out" and "see the bigger picture"
