Job Summary
The Manager Solution Architects leads a team of solution architects in team analysis, design, development, and deployment of solutions, including application of Enterprise standards. Examples of these solutions may include enterprise content management, client-facing portals, custom business process workflows, and business intelligence dashboards.

Oversees the creation and maintenance of reusable architectural artifacts and design patterns. Job Specific Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant work experience
Utility industry experience or adjacent industry experience
Proven ability to lead cross functional teams to meet organizational objectives and outcomes via large scale programs
Experience in leading large / complex cross-functional Enterprise wide programs
Demonstrated capabilities in leadership, innovation, problem solving, influencing, organizing, relationship building, communications skills, strategic thinking, project management and change management.
Experience driving life cycle planning, portfolio management and IT standards setting to promote technology and organizational changes in order to drive innovation and improved business outcomes.
Understanding of analytical and independent problem-solving skills; sound judgment and strong collaborative decision-making skills
Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities with ease and under pressure
Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools
