    Position summary

    The Customer Data Science & Analytics team at Realtor.com provides trusted data and insights to optimize every aspect of our customer experience. This role will lead teams of data analysts and data scientists supporting our B2B marketing and Sales organizations. This is a key role, reporting directly to the VP, Customer Data Science & Analytics, that will have significant input with executives to drive key decisions to optimize the acquisition and retention of our customer base.

    What you'll do:

    • Lead and mentor the B2B Marketing and Sales Data Science & Analytics functions, providing strategic direction, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, establishing the frameworks for managing and executing work, and directing the activities of the teams.

    • Partner with executive stakeholders to develop a comprehensive data science and analytics strategy that aligns with B2B Marketing and Sales initiatives and goals

    • Provide thought leadership on analytic techniques, statistical learning techniques, and data visualization techniques to enhance the service offerings of the team

    • Closely collaborate across the Customer Data Science & Analytics organization to ensure broad adoption of data science and analytics initiatives to drive value across the entire customer business.

    What you'll bring:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related or quantitative field

    • 10+ years of professional experience in data science and analytics, 5+ years experience managing people.

    • Experience leading teams that have delivered analytic service offerings that repeatedly drive key business decisions.

    • SQL fluency with preferred experience using a scripting language like Python or R.

    • Experience with senior executive stakeholder management and communicating data science & analytic findings to senior stakeholders

    • Proven experience supporting B2B marketing and/or Sales organizations
