of Paid Search Analyst-Marketers, running all campaigns across our consumer buy, sell, and rent verticals. We are looking for candidates with deep backgrounds in Search and a track record of leading high performing teams. The best candidates are strong collaborators, who know how to get things done through others, as well as through their direct reports.
What you'll do:
Define and lead RDC's Search Operations and Account Management practice-Own and maintain the Paid Search Roadmap
Develop a team of technical marketers, who can master Partner Ad Platforms (e.g. Google Ads / Microsoft Ads), as well as pull and manipulate data at scale.
Be hands-on when needed and lead execution by example, including:
Develop consumer campaigns that align user queries and impressions to well crafted, brand-aligned ad copy/creative, and landing pages that help to solve key pain points.
Work with counterparts in Product and Tech to
Work in an agile way-moving fast with MVPs and continually improving the effectiveness of our campaigns.
Own and cultivate strong relationships with our Search Platform partners-staying on top of emerging products, features and industry trends.
What you'll bring:
9+ years experience in Search Engine Marketing
Data driven and analytical at your core.
Educational background in engineering, math, or economics preferred.
Proficient with SQL and at least one scripting language (e.g. Python) to solve problems and manipulate data at scale and leading team members who do the same.
7+ years experience managing and building high performing teams who work closely with engineers and data scientists.
Experience managing teams using agile or agile for business.
Organized and critical thinker that has an eye for scalable, efficient solutions.
Expert with Google Ads and related tools.
