    Position summary

    me.

We ensure that we paint the richest possible picture for what it would be like to live in a home and neighborhood. This includes capturing property level information such as number of rooms, floor plans, images etc. and supplementing with tax, flood, school, utility cost and other rich data sources.

We're looking for an experienced product partnerships leader for the Content Strategy team who will help us with our data partnership and execution strategy to build the richest, deepest understanding of the home online. He/She will work closely with other product leaders to understand broader consumer strategies and help identify partners and content to bring these strategies to life. He/she will lean in and understand potential content partnerships that will add significant value to our consumer experience.

You will report to the Director of Content Strategy while working cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Strategy, Legal, Brand, Marketing, Sales, Industry Relations, and Finance teams, as well as external partners and customers, to drive strategies and partnerships that will enhance realtor.com® 's property and data content and improve our consumers' home buying, selling, and owning experience.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Work with consumer centric teams such as buyer, seller, and owner experiences to understand their strategies and propose / respond on content requirements and partners

    • Focus on ongoing identification and assessment of partners and data sets

    • Analyze current partners and partnership structure, including account management and handling renewals

    • Lead the acquisition, contractual engagement and relationship with ongoing partners

    • Evaluate performance and value of data we receive and how it contributes to our overall offering

    • Ongoing research of potential partners and data sets that may be of value to our consumers

    Time Split:

    • A majority of your time will be on executing and managing partnerships alongside coordinating with all internal product and cross-functional teams to get things executed

    • A portion of your time will be developing new, and iterating on existing strategies including some that are highly confidential and impactful on a corporate-wide level

    How we work:

We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together.

    What you'll bring:

    • At least 10+ years of experience working on 3rd party partnerships / business development, and with at least 2 years in product management highly preferred

    • The ideal candidate has extensive experience collaborating across a diverse set of external partners from initial discovery through completion, with a high degree of accountability and transparency

    • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-driven narrative

    • Enjoy adapting to feedback from both users and internal stakeholders, building stronger product capabilities as a result

    • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to bring many parties and perspectives together, forge a vision and drive towards common goals

    • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, marketers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship

    • BS or MS in computer science, business, or related field

    • Strong creative thinking and problem solving skills

    • Excellent communication skills
