What you'll do:
Write articles to a high standard on a daily basis and for longer-term planning
Come up with innovative ideas for advice content that builds a quality audience
You will be required to use key performance indicators to optimize content that drives revenue
You will have a good understanding of the technical aspects of SEO and how to optimize content for search
You will also be required to come up with compelling ideas for guides that appeal to advertisers
You will have a solid understanding of the real estate industry, and keep up to date on trends within the industry

What you'll bring:
Strong writing and communication skills
You will have a solid track record of writing content that leads to business outcomes
At least five years' experience as a news reporter or content marketer
Real estate subject matter expertise
Familiarity with content management systems
A solid understanding of SEO with demonstrable results
Bachelor's degree
This is a hybrid role based in New York City where you will be required in the office three days a week.

All ranges are location based, ranges for positions in other locations may vary based on the local market.
Salary Range for:
New York $83,550 to $119,050

Similarly to salary, annual incentive bonus targets are set based on a variety of factors including job level, competitive market practice, experience, tenure, and essential skills.
